Friendly staff, really easy check-in, nice sized and quiet rooms, very convenient location (right next to NH 48), good restaurant food, ample parking

ALL rooms are located on the first floor and the building has no elevator - at least none that I could see. Also, at odd hours, the reception staff is not available, and the security guard stands in for the receptionist.
