Tiszta, központi elhelyezkedésű, a belváros közepén, mégis csendes helyen van. Az autónak és a bicikliknek is zárt parkolót biztosítanak. Szinte minden 500 méteren belül: éttermek, cukrászdák, boltok stb. A személyzet segítőkész és kedves.

A reggeli viszonylag szerény választékban csak hideg ételeket tartalmaz... bár ettől függetlenül azért jól lehet lakni.
