Hotel Masseria Marziale

It was close to the airport, the property was clean and the bedroom was large. Car parking certainly not a problem. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is very large and obviously caters for large groups such as weddings, there were very few guests when we stayed and felt a bit lifeless. The property could do with some maintenance, including the swimming pool that was closed (in September?)

An outside bar right by the pool is present. Perfect for feeling like on a true vacation. The personnel is very kind.

The pool is open to outside clients. It's not a deal-breaker by any means but it did disrupt the calm we were looking for with a hotel outside of town (lots of children). The pool in itself is great still.

Our flight out of Brindisi was cancelled and we were rebooked for the following day, so we booked this hotel for the night. The hotel is conveniently located in proximity to the airport. We got a triple room which was quite spacious and had all the comforts. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests, they even bought diapers for my baby and they granted us a free late check out since my baby was feeling unwell.

Breakfast very basic. Dinner facility on request only. Grounds were rundown.

The staff (and Antonella principally) were the main positive point. She helped us every time we needed anything. It was a nice area, very nice swimming pool, and it gives you the feeling you are in a countryside area. It's not a bad place, at all.

The experience, for the money spent, it's not a positive trade-off. Sadly, when we were staying, internet was not available as there was an issue out of their hands. However, the breakfast was not good, the bedrooms were pretty old, not many amenities available, etc. If it had cost half of the price, I would say it was a great experience.

Overall, I had a very comfortable, convenient 1 night stay here. It was very close to my car rental pick up and was perfect as an overnight location as my flight arrived late. My room was spotlessly clean & had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate & set me up so well for a day's driving.
