Glurns is a beautifull medieval town in South-Tirol. The hotel is nicely refurbished with wood. Really nice and spacious feeling. Accomodation is comfortable, however sometimes noisy. (outside, traffic). There's no climatisation in the room. We were in sumertime, but it was doeable. Breafkfast was really nice and the staff @ breakfast and restaurant/ terrace verry friendly.

Climatisation Jaccuzi should have been open longer in the evening Restaurant : the menu should have been more various, information should have been more to the point, we discovered only the latest night the excellent restaurant in front of the Hotel. Most of all, a personnal welcome from the manager / family should have been appropriate. Other, more exquisite hotels in the region (Merano) do this. We stayed for 5 nights, 4 people, 3 rooms. After a cancellation in spring, of one of our friends (4 people in stead of 5) , annulation of one room wasn't possible any more. So a little lack of client orientation.
