Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and the bus stop being right out the front was very convenient.

Bed wasn't very comfortable and the restaurant wasn't the best.

Albergo assolutamente negli standard, posto accogliente e personale gentile.

Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto due episodi poco piacevoli: 1. Il personale di servizio è entrato alle 8:30 in camera senza bussare mentre all'interno la mia compagna dormiva. 2. Sono arrivato con 5 minuti di ritardo alla cena (orario chiesto alla direttrice della struttura 19:15-20:30 come orario possibile per arrivare) e non mi è stata servita la cena completa come da me pagato dicendomi che la cucina ormai aveva chiuso. Nonostante ciò la direttrice ha raccolto i feedback e mi ha prontamente supportato. Darò un'altra possibilità alla struttura che ha tutte le carte in regola per un piacevole soggiorno in Val Gardena!
