Locanda Degli Agrumi is an excelent guesthouse, located on a cliff above Grotta Smeralda with an incredible view. We stayed in a beautiful Cedro Room with balcony surrounded by lemon tries and another greenery. Our host was very polite an gived us all necessey information.

Our room was beautiful! Great view from the small balcony, plenty of room inside. The bathroom was very nice too. All of the facilities were clean. Salvatore was a friendly and welcoming host and, after checking in, always available to help with anything. The breakfast spread was delicious, plenty to choose from, and it was nice eating on the outdoor patio with a pergola and enjoying the ocean breeze under the orange trees. The town of Conca is very small with wonderful people there. We only found two restaurants that we could walk to. So if you don't have a car, be prepared to eat a lot at the property's included breakfast and pick up some snacks at the small grocery store nearby. It's a decent walk to the closest bus stop and then at least 20-25 minutes to get to Amalfi town.

It would have been sooo helpful if the host had included on his booking page a detailed description of how to get to the property (turns out Salerno is definitely closer/easier to travel to Conca dM than Sorrento). We got quite familiar with Italy's trains and buses and indeed traveled from Rome to Firenze to Cinque Terre, back to Rome and then the Amalfi Coast with no problems...until we tried to get from Sorrento to Conca dei Marini. Salvatore *did* tell us to take a bus, but since the ferries were canceled because of the rain (totally not Salvatore's fault!), it was a madhouse in Amalfi town. There was no one there to ask which bus to take, hard to figure out where to buy tickets, and since the buses were packed to overflowing, you couldn't ask the driver to let you know when it was your stop. We got off on the wrong stop as a result and had to double back. There were no taxis around in Amalfi.

Breakfast was good. Shower in bedroom not good for friends staying. Transport for guests need to be better, we wasted a lot of time waiting for buses, a lot of pushing etc to get on, then had to stand (squashed) for the journey. I suggest Accommodation in the area combine to supply shuttles, not just down the road but to villages.

There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We like our tea and coffee to be available. Transport is lacking.

Just had an amazing stay at Locanda dei Agrumi. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore was the perfect host, making us feel welcomed and at home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Salvatore's local recommendations for dining and sightseeing were spot-on, ensuring we experienced the best of the area. Plus, the communication was seamless – he was always just a message away for any questions or tips. If you're looking for a cozy getaway with an outstanding host, I can't recommend this place enough!
