"Hidden Gem just outside of Venice!!"

Ancora Hotel was Awesome, amazing. Incredible, there are not enough words I can use to describe how great this hotel is!!! We booked another hotel and they became overbooked and put us at the Ancora Hotel. That was the best thing they did for us. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us with directions, food recommendations and anything we asked for. The hotel has more amenities than I have ever seen located right on the property. They have 2 large pools indoor and outdoor, tennis courts, driving range, golf course, bikes you can use the ride around, a fully stocked bar, games you can play while having prosecco and other things. We got stuck in Venice because of a strike effecting all transit. Sylvia went out of her way to help us get back to our car parked at the train station. Bridgette was so friendly and helpful. We came down late one morning and missed breakfast, Bridgette and the breakfast attendant set up a cheese and meat tray with croissants and beverages for us. They all treated us like family. The room was spotless, the hotel has old-world charm and everyone was so nice and friendly. This place is truly a hidden gem in a small Italian village just outside of Venice.

I stayed at this hotel only one night. Sylvia, was truly exceptional. Her smile and professionalism immediately put us at ease and did her best to reassure us in a stressful situation. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the garden, while the shower was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
