Everything else was good!

One of the staff was really rude. Every morning that person would go around the hall in hotel and shout around 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM and wake me up. Didn't want to provide 100% service because I don't speak Italian. (What that person said to me)!

location is amazing for Milan. Swiss and lake coming and Lugano! amazing little restaurant as well

everything was great! the duvet could be a little cleaner

Parking was good. Breakfast was OK

No nearby restaurants. Really nothing in the area to walk to. About 15 miles to Como.
