All the staff members were exceptionally helpful and kind. The view of the lake from our bedroom was beautiful. Perfect location right by the lake, cafes, restaurants and for a nice scenic walk. Nice size room with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and left impeccable. The breakfast was excellent! They offer a nice buffet with a large variety of food, we looked forward to it everyday. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had. I travelled with my big Great Dane dog and we were treated so well we felt at home. I will definitely come back here!!!

The location is superb. The room was of a suitable size and very clean. The beds were comfortable, there was air-conditioning and the staff were helpful. A short walk from the railway station and across the road from the ferry.

The hotel has amazing potential but at the moment it is very tired and dated. The terrace outside our window was overlooked and shared so we didn't use it. The breakfast was limited, croissants were stale, the dining room dated. Breakfast was included but you had to pay extra for scrambled egg and bacon etc (cooked food).
