Siamo rimasti dalla sera di sabato al check-out di domenica senza acqua calda e l'hotel ha ritenuto non opportuno procedere ad alcuna forma di compensazione/rimborso. Inaccettabile

Hotel nei pressi del centro storico, comodissimo .Tutti gli ambienti sono ben tenuti, puliti e accoglienti . Biancheria bagno di qualità e sostituita giornalmente . Lo staff intero è affabilmente cortese . Il ristorante annesso è di ottima qualità , così come ,e soprattutto , la Zupperia . La colazione nella norma , le foto postate esagerano. Non viene segnalato che il garage , che ospita poche auto e eventuali bike , è a pagamento .

Gli accessori nel bagno sono minimali.. nessun appendino , nessun piano d'appoggio
