La posizione dell'hotel ottima per raggiungere le mete più importanti come san Candido, lago di Breis, Cortina ecc. La colazione ricca e varia pronta a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Personale molto professionale e gentile e soprattutto la pulizia. Eccellente

Vista bellissima. SPA non male, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la zona relax, molto elegante.

Per un prezzo simile non posso non avere acqua in camera, né tantomeno un benvenuto. Il bar deve dotarsi di bottiglie anche per palati un filo più esigenti, perché se chiedo uno scotch e la scelta cade tra un Jack Daniel's e un Glen Grant 5anni tanto vale andare al supermercato.Per quanto concerne il capitolo cucina, al contrario di quanto ho letto in altre recensioni, resta seriamente da rivedere. Si alternano portate piacevoli, quasi sempre del territorio, ad altre semplicemente sbagliate..leggere che si possa paragonare ad un ristorante stellato è un giudizio maldestro, e le idee alla base di molti piatti rimangono impossibili.

Sehr nettes Personal, bzw. geführt von sehr freuntlichen Leuten. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Fitnessraum top, leider habe ich keine Reinigungstücher für die Geräte gesehen.

We were so well received at the hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind and provided us with lots of useful information about local tours and activities. Having breakfast and dinner included was a major plus, and the menu was always varied and delicious. We appreciated that there was always a vegetarian option available. Our room had an incredible view of the lake, and the surrounding nature was simply fascinating. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the very comfortable and beautiful relax room.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The only minor drawback worth mentioning is that the hotel isn't within walking distance of a train station, which might be a challenge for travelers using trains. Bikes to rent and a small path leading to the lake's edge would also be fantastic additions for guests to enjoy the scenery even more.
