Friendly and helpful people. hotel was quiet at night

I had to much to drink

Location

spa not working (but there were still brochures everywhere about how wonderful the spa is). Shuttle to/from the ski lifts only works at certain times (the driver refused to pick us up at 4pm, says he'll come at 5pm instead) Nobody picking up the phone at reception during daytime. What if you really need help? Very bad, mostly unusable wifi in the room. Had to go to the lobby to use it. Only 1 employee that speaks english. The reception landline has an italian-only prompt. I thought it's the operator saying that incorrect number or smth. Breakfast is mediocre at best - just sandwiches

They advertise as having a spa, but they don't. Staff was ok, Il Direttore was one of the most difficult I've ever met.

The hotel is a beautiful mountain style and the surroundings and view were lovely

The breakfast was OK but nothng special. The view from the bedroom was quite spectacular. The location was good but every thing closed at 5 o,clock so finding something to eat was very difficult.

This is the worst 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in. 2 stars would be more realistic. The host was unavailable most of the time and not very helpful when he did appear. This might be OK for the skiing but not very good out of season.
