Hotel Baia di Paré

Hotel aconchegante, staff super friendly, o hotel possibilita contato com hóspedes por WhatsApp, o que facilita muito, todos muito gentis, todas as indicações e necessidades que tivemos foram atendidas. Fora a bela vista que a acomodação tem para o Lago que é de tirar o fôlego! Cafe da manhã é bom, quarto bem estruturado.

Good, quiet location, nice view and newly renovated rooms. There’s a lift/ elevator. Boa localização. Vista bonita. Renovado com elevador de acesso. Funcionária Carol, brasileira, foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Marco do restaurante foi quem passou alguma informação sobre o local. Mas não eu não chamaria de hotel, não tem lobby e a recepcionista não informa nada e parece querer saber só que hora ela pode ir embora.

I wouldn’t call it a Hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast. We have received many messages asking to confirm arrival time and warning about an extra €40 fee after 8pm which didn’t match information indicated inside the room. That put a lot of pressure on our side as we’ve coming from Switzerland that day but we made it at 7pm. Settled in the room and noticed there was no kettle so I went to the front desk to ask for one but there was no one there at 7:30pm already. Breakfast was very simple. And one of the rooms was empty but wasn’t cleaned the next day. Eu não chamaria de hotel, é uma pousada. Recebemos muitas mensagens pedindo para confirmar o horário de chegada e alertando sobre uma taxa extra de €40 após as 20h, que não correspondia às informações indicadas no quarto. Isso nos colocou sob muita pressão, tivemos que mudar nossos planos pois estávamos vindo da Suíça naquele dia, mas chegamos lá às 19h. Instalados no quarto e notando que não havia chaleira, fui até a recepção para pedir uma, mas já não havia ninguém lá às 19h30. Café da manhã muito simples. E um dos quartos estava vazio, mas não foi limpo no dia seguinte. A recepção não passou nenhuma informação sobre o local, ou indicação do que visitar. Também não há estacionamento, só 2 vagas em frente ao estabelecimento. Fomos em baixa temporada então não foi muito ruim mas choveu bastante durante a estadia e um dos parkings próximos demanda uma caminhada então considero uma informação importante para quem vai de carro principalmente na alta temporada.

The hotel is located front of the Como lake, the room was clean and had everything what was needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No vegetables for the breakfast. The buffet hasn't too many options.

Breakfast was good but could do with a few more items

We stayed in a double room for 1 night and an apartment for 4 nights. Both room & apartment were lovely, clean, spacious, quiet & comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely location. The breakfast had a good choice of cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and freshly cooked eggs. Staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive. The restaurant served fantastic food and there were a couple of bars overlooking the lake & within walking distance. There was a ferry going to Lecco and Bellagio that was a 5 min walk from the hotel. Perfect

It would have been good if a bar serving drinks and coffee was open all day.

Everything was fine, very friendly staff, nice and clean room. We had a good pizza in the cozy restaurant as well

Just a small thing, that the bed slides easily when I sit up and lean my back against the wall.
