Tomaso and the staff were lovely! so kind, welcoming and gave great advice. The restaurant is excelente, they have a very talented chef and brilliant wine pairing. I loved the feel and decor of the hotel and the restaurant in the evening has a cosy glow. The outdoor garden is so charming and cool in the evening. The location is great: small town in a gorgeous valley. It was too hot for me to do serious hikes but I would love to go in the fall 😊 they serve hard boiled eggs with cold cuts in the breakfast buffet which I was glad to have for protein in the morning. The croissant were quite good as well. I advise to eat dinner in the restaurant it's definitely one of my favorite travel discoveries! Thank you Tomaso and regards to Chef 😊

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel due to their rigid rules and complete lack of accountability. Because we arrived 30 minutes after the late check-in window, the hotel strictly enforced their policy and charged us an extra €50 on the spot. However, when it came to their own responsibilities, they failed completely. The refrigerator in our room was not working. As a result, all the Italian cheeses, pastas, and souvenirs we purchased—amounting to €64—spoiled and we had to throw everything into the trash. When we reported this loss to the reception the next morning, the staff member simply said 'I'm sorry' and offered absolutely no assistance or compensation. It is completely unfair that the hotel penalizes guests for being a few minutes late, but takes zero responsibility when their faulty equipment ruins a guest's expensive shopping. Terrible customer service and a total double standard. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Breakfast buffet was basic. Location is ok, we had a room to the garden but lots of dog barking the whole night .

The restaurant was very expensive and the portions were small. Beverages super expensive.

Il piccolo parco è molto bello ed è un luogo piacevole e rilassante. Buono il pasto serale. Il personale è professionale, gentile e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
