La struttura, la posizione, il ristorante e la colazione.

Le giornate erano fredde e la struttura non ha tenuto accesi i riscaldamenti se non poche ore notturne. Il risultato, nonostante le segnalazioni, è che noi ed altri commensali abbiamo mangiato al freddo e con i giubbotti indossati, e stanza e letto erano freddissime. La cosa peggiore è stata l'indifferenza del personale che non ha gestito le segnalazioni.
