lo staff. Al check in non sono state fornite tutte le informazioni (ad esempio ci hanno consegnato le chiavi senza indicarci dove fossero le scale o l'ascensore e neanche il piano della nostra stanza). Una volta poi lasciata la struttura al termine del soggiorno mi hanno contattato sia via whatsapp sia via booking sia via filo invitandomi a saldare la tassa di soggiorno di 3,60 €, trattandomi come un cliente che non la volesse pagare. Sottolineo che nessuno in struttura me lo aveva fatto notare durante il soggiorno
