La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo generale. Inoltre, le pareti tra le camere sono molto sottili e l’insonorizzazione è praticamente assente: si sentiva chiaramente ogni rumore proveniente dalle stanze vicine, rendendo la notte poco tranquilla e riposante.
