The dinner was excellent (the soup was really above expectations), breakfast was good, and the team was very helpful. The view was excellent, and the room was brand new. Overall, a really great stay!

The only thing to mention is that the fan in the bathroom turns off only 20 minutes after the bathroom door is closed - there is no other way to turn it off (I found this out by asking somebody from the restaurant who came up to my room to check this out). The bathroom fan is very effective, but a bit too loud to keep on while trying to sleep. I'd recommend shortening the timer, since people probably want to go to sleep right after using the bathroom. It would also be nice to have an English wine card in the restaurant.
