"Superb"

Helpful staff. Good location. We could check-in earlier than check-in time, leave a car at the hotel and go to Ortisei by bus (bus tickets were provided by the hotel for free).

The room could have an air conditioner, but we knew about that beforehand.

Lovely hotel. Super clean and cosy. The sauna and steam room was amazing and clean. Sauna was very hot and nice. Staff were so friendly. At breakfast you can get cooked eggs and other bits.

Friendly service at breakfast. Our waitress remembered our coffee orders from the previous day and was always quick to offer us freshly cooked eggs.

No Bircher Muesli ! (I know I'm not in Switzerland )
