Personale molto qualificato e accogliente. La struttura molto bella e offre anche molti servizi

酒店很不错，餐厅每天有30欧的晚餐套餐，每天都换菜单，还有表演，挺高级的，房间挺大的，有车库。去几个主要缆车站走路10分钟吧，去主街走走也很近，面对山谷景色也不错

De não ter jantar a lá carte ou um lanche a noite. Tive que pedir para comer só o buffet. Já devia ter essa opção tem gente que não come muito a noite.

住宿的体验太棒了，家庭经营的酒店，但感觉到了满满的温馨，早餐非常棒，吃到了人生羊角面包，每天都要炫2-3个。酒店的每一位员工都无比热情周到，遇到了一天晚上的小型晚宴音乐会，提供免费的火腿、面包等小食和水果酒，grones全员都出来和入住的客人一一敬酒，太棒了

Tudo perfeito! A equipe super atenciosa, bem preparada e simpática. As proprietárias sempre presentes, garantindo uma boa estadia e dando um toque familiar, mesmo num hotel 4 estrelas. O restaurante foi um ponto fortíssimo, recomendo jantar no hotel. O chefe é um gênio e o menu varia diariamente, sendo uma ótima oportunidade de provas culinária local.

LOVED all of it. From check-in, to aperitifs, to dinner (AMAZING), to the sauna and eucalyptus shower after a long hike (make time for it), this place was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone to stay (especially couples). The walk from the main touristy area to the hotel is no more than 10 minutes. In a very quiet area with wonderful views from the room. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Hint: make friends with the bartender and do dinner at the hotel more than just one night. Would 10/10 stay again!!
