המקום היה נקי , צוות נהדר וחייכני, הארוחת בוקר הייתה מצוינת, החדר היה מצוחצח ונוח מאוד , מיקום טוב , החוויה הייתה מאוד טובה וכולנו נהנו מאוד.

Bellissima posizione, camera confortevole con terrazza vista e accesso piscina dove siamo stati benissimo

Si potrebbe migliorare colazione , mancava la varietà della frutta fresca di stagione , e si potrebbe arricchire la parte salata con formaggi locali , le torte erano buone , meno i cornetti.

EL hotel tiene unos lindos cuartos, grandes, super limpios y ventanales y con balcon y sillas para mirar la vista abierta de los campos de Asis. (Hab superior 60 a 65). Muy silencioso. La pileta esta barbara, enorme para nadar y la temperatura ideal. Llegamos tarde el primer dia e igual pudimos refrescarnos 9pm! Super amables Flavia y el señor del.front desk. Caminando hasta el centro de Asis (piazza primcipal) sera 25 min. En auto son 5 minutos y dejas en un parking.. El hotel.esta re bien ubicado.

Fui pleno verano el desayuno se sirve adentro porque es mas practico pero afuera en las mesas de la terraza seria mas lindo..

Rooms and facilities (pool etc) were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was a little lacking in fresh food, but definitely passable for the price point of the hotel.

Unfortunately I left La Terrazza with concerns about security and theft. On the morning that I checked out, I noticed a Swarovski necklace missing from my bedside table, which I thought perhaps had fallen somewhere or perhaps gotten mixed in with the laundry. I asked housekeeping if they had noticed a necklace on the floor or in the laundry as I had already searched the room unsuccessfully including under the bed, beside the mattress, under the tables and furniture. Later that day when I returned to the room, I found the necklace laid out on the table of my balcony, a space which I did not otherwise use during my stay. When I asked reception whether someone had entered my room in the time I had been out, they did not respond or investigate. I did not escalate this further at the time since I had the necklace back. However I then left my luggage with the hotel reception for a few hours after I checked out before heading to the airport. When I returned to pick up my belongings, I found my suitcase with the charging cables hanging out of the zipper. If my charging cables were hanging out of my suitcase when I closed it up, I think I would have noticed before handing it to reception. Hence overall I do not feel confident about the security of the rooms at La Terrazza and will not recommend it to friends visiting or to other travellers.

Gratis parkeren en toch op 20 minuten te voet van de Santa Chiara kerk van Assisi. Mooi hotel, mooie tuin met zwembad.

We vonden het spijtig dat het ontbijt enkel in de kelder kon genuttigd worden, het potentieel van de mooie tuin werd hierdoor niet benut. Bovendien was er twee dagen een grote bus met pelgrims gelogeerd waardoor het druk was in de ontbijtzaal. Het supervriendelijke en voorkomende personeel compenseerde dit, zij waren echt in de weer voor al hun gasten.
