Beautiful garden and nice location.

Stayed only one night but we were not happy with the place mostly due to the treatment we got from the staff there. We were asked to give our documents for registration and they told us we will get them back later. We did not agree to leave our passports at the reception and demanded to be registered and receive our documents immediately. Instead of understanding, the staff was very unkind, picked up a fight with us and did not understand how serious is to keep someone’s documents. On the top of that at check out, the receptionist handed to us other people’s documents (without even being asked) - we were three people and he handed to us four ID cards. Anybody could have taken these people’s documents. This is big lack of understanding safety and personal data confidentiality. We could not believe there are still places where people treat documents so carelessly. To add to this, shower cabin was extremely small, barely fitting one person and beds were very hard.

Viaggiando in moto il nostro gruppo si è trovato benissimo. il parcheggio è confortevole, pianeggiante e senza ghiaia che inevitabilmente sarebbe un disagio per la moto. Invece è stato tutto perfetto. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante tutte le sere e il menu è sempre stato soddisfacente. Il personale è estremamente efficiente e cordiale. Abbiamo usato anche la SPA a pagamento che si è rivelata una piacevole esperienza rilassante. Ottima la piscina. fantastica la posizione a 15 minuti di cammino dal centro di Assisi, che è veramente meravigliosa. Colazione varia , le torte erano super. Spazi comuni estremamente curati con una particolare attenzione al verde e alle piante. Siamo stati benissimo.

Nella nostra stanza mancava il bidet e per noi italiani questo è davvero un problema. Niente altro
