Hotel Klostersepp

Das Hotel liegt ganz zentral an der alten Brennerstraße und man ist schnell an den unterschiedlichsten Orten in Südtirol. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist es ruhig. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr familiär und angenehm. Man bekommt auf Nachfrage beim Chef schöne Wanderungen empfohlen. Wir hatten ein tolles, großzügiges und sehr modern gestaltetes Zimmer und haben uns sehr über das Upgrade zur Suite gefreut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und recht abwechslungsreich. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel kann man empfehlen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wellnessbereich gefallen. Aber das absolute Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Man entspannt im Sonnenschein mit Blick auf Kloster Säben und die Berge.

Eigentlich gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Frühstück war top, es hat an nichts gefehlt, Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, da gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern... Absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter bzw. Inhaber...Mega!

Die Glastüre zum Bad ist keine gute Lösung...

Mi è piaciuto il design che è stato usato nella struttura, in particolare quello della mia camera da letto. L' hotel è facilmente raggiungibile e lo staff preparato, la pulizia delle stanze eccellente.

Non ho gradito che i letti fossero separati e la mancanza di bidet, quando nella descrizione era incluso, la colazione con la giusta scelta con però poca rotazione dei piatti caldi.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Unkomplizierter und schneller Check-In und Check-Out. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber, die Betten total bequem. Tolles Frühstück!

Super goede overnachting gehad

Confortable hôtel doté de spa, piscine et billard. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner riche.

Nice modern rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and amazing location, especially if you want to go skiing. 20 mins by car to Ortisei to enjoy Alpe di Suisi or 25 mins to get to Santa Christina and do Sella Ronda tour 🙂 Hotel has a good sauna which is a bliss after a long day in the mountains. We also enjoyed the restaurant/pizzeria in the hotel and staff working there 😌

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo e piacevole. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è eccellente e offre un’ampia varietà di scelta. La struttura è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente i principali impianti della zona, con il vantaggio aggiuntivo delle navette gratuite. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante interno, che offre un’esperienza estremamente piacevole.

Uniche pecche della stanza sono la TV, che non è smart e non dispone di applicazioni come Netflix, NowTV e DAZN, e la mancanza di un vero letto matrimoniale, sostituito da due materassi uniti, risultando poco confortevole.
