Its cozy and clean atmosphere.

Just add some simple things in room, like there was kettle but no tea or coffee. Also, some small hand cream, vanity kits and slipper will be good.

The breakfast was outstanding. The location is super convenient to all the lifts. The staff let us borrow an umbrella for a rainy day.

Parking is very unclear, even with photo directions we couldn’t figure it out. The triple room was very crowded.

Location is good

The room given to me has steps, which can be very dangerous. They provided a kettle but no cups for you to make a cup of of tea. Staff did provide cups reluctantly when asked.

Ubicación impresionante, en plena peatonal de Ortisei, a pasos de los tres funiculares para acceder a las principales excursiones del lugar. Excelente la atención de su personal, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno

A wonderful place to stay in Ortisei! Right at the center of the town, very close to cable cars to both Alpe di Siusi and Seceda and to the bus stop. The single room was not particularly big, but spacious enough and smarty arranged to be very comfortable. The breakfast was a particular delight, everything was so very tasty and fresh! The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Absolutely would return to this hotel in the future!

It would be nice to have a small shelf for toiletries in the shower and the water pressure could be stronger but these are very minor issues that you only notice because everything else is so great
