"Massive Mängel"

1. Ankunft: Unfreundlicher Rezeptionist, keiner hat mit dem Gepäck geholfen, Aufforderung dem gesamten Preis bei Ankunft zu zahlen obwohl laut Booking.com Zahlung bei Abreise. 2. Zimmer: Schimmel im Bad, abgenutzte verkalkte Armaturen, verschmutzte Terrasse, fehlende Bademäntel (wurden nach Aufforderung gebracht), fehlende Wattepads und Ohrstäbchen. 3. Spa: limitiert mit 1,5 Stunden pro Tag! 4. Frühstück: Schmutzige Teppichböden, schmutzige Sessel, Buffet: mindere Qualität, lieblos hergerichtet. Ein Kellner hatte total schmutziges Hemd voller Flecken. Personal interessiert sich nicht für Gäste. Bestellter Kaffee wurde vergessen. 5. Hotelausstattung allgemein: Möblierung in die Jahre gekommen, Vorhänge teilweise löchrig und fleckig. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist obwohl zwei Nächte geplant waren. Die Gründe der vorzeitigen Abreise haben wir an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Die Rezeptionistin (diesmal eine freundliche Dame) hat mit dem Management telefoniert. Man hat uns 10% Nachlass auf das konsumierte Abendessen (ganze 9 Euro) an Entschädigung angeboten. Gesehen haben wir vom Management niemanden. Ausgesucht haben wir das Hotel anhand der vielen guten Bewertungen und der ansprechenden Bildern. Die Fotopräsentation des Hotels entspricht nicht der Realität. Woher die vielen extrem positiven Bewertungen kommen ist mir ein Rätsel.

Soltanto la posizione

Il fatto che il parcheggio sia gratuito ad esaurimento di quello esterno poi si paga 15 € al giorno. Chi prima arriva…. Personale della colazione piuttosto scocciato ( il signore alto in particolare). Le scale hanno dei vetri sporchissimi. Assolutamente NON 5 stelle….. forse 3 poco di più.
