Good location

Older, but still comfortable

This is a very old-fashioned hotel which is exactly what I loved about it. Everything was a throw back in time and wonderful for that reason. One does not find hotels like that anymore. Also the service was so very correct, no 'I am your friend attitude' but 'Anything I can help with attitude' which is what I am looking for in a hotel. Private parking was a bonus.

Very good hotel, old style, but a very good hotel. Very friendly staff, unfortunately don't speak English but made there best to understand the customer and to communicate with guests. The night watcher in the evening is super nice, adorable, the maid is a kindness rarely found, she did everything possible to make our daughter's stay exceptional. The hotel has a bar on the ground floor and breakfast is given on the second floor on an extraordinary terrace which overlooks the whole city. The breakfast itself is very Italian, so very sweet and very very low salt. For breakfast you will find fabulous filled croissants, Nutella, jam, honey, rusks, orange juice, water, biscuits of all kinds, small packed Italian pastries, butter, bread with garlic and olive oil, and yogurt. For the salty part, there were only a few slices of smoked ham, a few slices of melted square cheese and Philadelphia-type cottage cheese. The coffee is served fresh from the bar to the table and it is exceptional. The hotel itself is a bit old, but very very well preserved and very well equipped. It didn't bother me at all because it goes with the style of the city which is also not modern.
