Che nel bagno non erano presenti piani di appoggio oltre a quello risicato attorno al lavabo.

Our room was 300 meters from the actual hotel where we had to check in and go for breakfast. But the room was nice, clean and comfy. Good breakfast.

They should be precise that the room is in a different building.

A lovely modern hotel and restaurant, near all facilities, with very friendly staff and a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner.

The room was clean, but some aspects could be improved e.g. bedspread

The checking is some what confusing. Should be explained better, thanks to the staff in restaurant next door that explained and assisted with the luggage

The Hotel was really new and clean. It was all newly decorated. It was comfortable and easy to get to. Storage for bikes was just across the street from the hotel, this was good. The young gentleman who checked us in was really lovely and helpful (also spoke great English!)

Check-in and breakfast are at a different hotel. The lady who I called the previous week had no time for me on the phone, I guess she was busy. When I asked where to store my luggage in the morning, she didn't bother getting up from her chair as she was on her phone. A bit abrupt I dare say (same lady from the phone) Shame as the hotel itself and the gentleman who checked us in was really nice. Also a bug net in the room would have been nice.

Clean and near shops and restaurants

Having to phone to find out how to get in, being told they were too busy at that moment to speak to us, phoning back then a walk of 400 m to get the key. Not what you need after a long day walking.

Great room in middle of old historic village, staff were exceptional and very helpful. Room was well decorated and very modern/newly restored Great breakfast

The setting, views and garden were wonderful. Enrico recommended and reserved dinner for us at a local restaurant where we had a great meal. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious

My only complaint was the size of the room we stayed in. I explained to Enrico that while the room was very clean, it was too small for two people especially with 2 suitcases. Had we seen Enrico at check-in, we would have asked to be put in a different room and solved our problem. Outside of that, our stay was very good

The breakfast was the usual nothing over the ordinary. The only problem is that the brweakfast is served at the main hotel in Hotel Ghibellino which is about 2 blocks away. In spite of ll this the staff were exceptionally helpful and ready to go out of their way to help.

The room was clean but could not open the window because of the fumes and smell of fcooking coming up from the kitchen of the restaurant below.
