"You don't get the value for the money you have to pay."

1. New hotel. 2. Clean. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Spacious. 5. Bikes. 6. View. 7. Half occupied even in the middle of the summer season. The hotel is too far from slopes for winter season.

1. Included breakfast - no buffet table and a'la card limited to 2 little dishes. 2. Bizarre and challenging lighting switches in room.You never now which controls what. Invisible icons. 3. Staff frequently forgets to replenish: bath liquids, tissues, etc. Sink drainage issue not fixed though reported. 4. Pool with algae and insects. Cleaning it didn't really help. Ants. Lizards. Water Striders.

"Wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe mitten in Südtirol"

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Konzept, Einrichtungsstil und Wohlfühlcharakter. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Spa- und Außenbereich sowie der Garten sind sehr schön angelegt, natürlich gehalten und der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Entspannung ist hier durch die Ruhe vorprogrammiert! Es gibt verschiedene Liegemöglichkeiten, sodass man auch von den anderen Gästen nicht viel mitbekommt und absolut durchatmen kann. Das ganze Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr durchdacht und fügen sich sehr gut in die wunderschöne Landschaft ein.

Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt könnte die Menüauswahl etwas eintönig ausfallen, es gibt jedoch ein täglich wechselndes Menü, stets eine kleine aber feine Auswahl!

"Zó goed dat we weer terug gaan!"

Alles, alles is zo tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Er heerst rust en iedereen is vriendelijk tegen je. Ze doen ook echt hun best om zo persoonlijk mogelijk te zijn. Ze schuiven je stoelen aan. Ze rapen de kaart op die van tafel is gewaaid, zeggen allemaal gedag.

"Great for one or two days of relax with good food"

The architecture is great, well merged into nature. SPA is very good, staff very helpful. The decoration (a heavy Asia-type, with perhaps too many items) is not my preferred, more sober style, but the overall experience was excellent. Food is top quality and the restaurant overlooking the garden is great.

Heavy decoration, I guess you accept is as is...

"Terrible staff at the reception"

Overal Hotel very good!

Staff did not say that its adult only! After checked in with my kid next morning find out that i cannot use spa, pool and even at breakfast we needed to sit far in the corner. Not nice
