Les + : Amabilité du personnel Piscine chauffée super agréable Sauna classique + bio sauna 2 jacuzzi Petit déjeuner simple mais très agréable avec pas mal de « fait maison » Rue au calme un peu en dehors du centre mais l’hôtel propose des vélos à disposition gratuitement, ce qui était vraiment top pour se rendre dans le centre et éviter de prendre la voiture Terrasse pour prendre les repas très sympa. Espace extérieur pas très grand mais cosy et bien arboré ce qui fait qu’on s’y sent bien

Chambre peut être un peu petite mais grande terrasse donc ok

This is a really well run family owned hotel. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of food. Bread, cakes and jams are all home made. We eat twice at the restaurant and the food was innovative and delicious. Service throughout was excellent and a totally different vibe to a chain hotel. Comfortable room with modern shower room and Mountain View. Lovely swimming pool.

Wonderful hotel, we used it as a stop off while cycling round the lake. They have a secure bike garage, the pool was a welcome treat and the food was superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

La struttura offre servizi molto utili e apprezzati (biciclette gratuite, piscina riscaldata, piccola spa con minima integrazione sul prezzo, cuscino e ciotola per il cane in camera) ed è possibile raggiungere il centro con una piacevole pedalata di pochi minuti. La passione per il proprio lavoro del personale e dei proprietari si percepiscono fin da subito. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di tutti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. La colazione è eccezionale con prodotti freschi, di qualità e preparati da loro. Anche gli animali sono ben accetti e il personale è sempre disponibile a tenere in frigo e riscaldare la loro pappa. Ci torneremo sicuramente se avremo il piacere di ripassare a Riva. Grazie di cuore per tutto.

La moquette in camera in generale non è di nostro gusto.
