North Centre

Comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent position if you have to take a train!

We stayed at the hotel only for one night, but the experience was very good. The rooms (no dorms) were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great shower. The location is also very good; our rooms were quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area.

Location was excellent near railway station but need to have ample time for traffic congestion. It is in a noisy area but manageable.

The north Indian staff needs a lot of training. They were not helpful. Ordered lime soda which took more than half hour which was not chilled. When we rejected and asked for chilled one it never came so had to cancel the order and buy it locally. Not to arrange taxi for local sight seeing or visit waterfalls, pretty expensive instead arrange yourself.

Very nice staff. Comfortable. Great location.

Breakfast was not provided to us ; the hotel informed me that no complimentary breakfast was available for our booking

Towels. They were old and rough. 2 dental kit could have been provided instead of only one. A shaving kit could have been provided.
