Whispering Bamboo Cove Resort

The house keeper that we had the first 5 days was wonderful but our last 2 days the second one was lazy and barely did her job.

When I first got there we did not get the king bed with an ocean view room that was paid for. We had room #1 with two beds and one section locked off so we couldn’t even see the ocean. So it was like being in a cell. After fighting with the day manager the next morning for hours they finally gave us a room on the second floor with a beautiful view of the ocean.

I didn't appreciate that the cost between booking.com and the site was inaccurate by $10usd per day.

I like the fact that it was a beach side resort.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a microwave. It would've been a huge plus.

A good location for the purpose of our visit to the St Thomas Parish A main reason for the choice is the swimming pool facility

The extensive and poorly managed roadworks in the area make access very difficult for an extended period and not in control of the resort

pool was nice.

no beach , it was a path down to sea water , rocks, pebbles sea trash. no cable , no internet that was a big problem, they had some issues with serve no breakfast we were told at front desk would have to make reservation when we check in, nobody told us. need to be professional looking with uniform for hotel I stay at small hotels, before and it was Beautiful cozy feeling, I didn't get that feeling need so upgrades ASAP with a professional looking staff. The grounds men where pleasant that was all. The girls working was business taking breaks eating at table in front when you walk in.
