１，バスとは別に洗面台とトイレがあるので、使いやすかった。２，地下鉄の駅から近く交通の便が良い。

１，普通のホテルでは朝食が食堂などで提供されますが、このホテルはパンだけ入った袋を受け取り、飲み物はインスタントのコーヒーかティーバッグを選んで部屋に持って帰って食べる方式です。栄養が偏り味気ない。また、このようなパンだけ朝食であることに予約サイト上の表示では気づかなかった。朝食が食べられる外部の飲食店を書いた地図は用意されていたようです。２，隣接する居住用ビルとは数十センチ離れているだけで、カーテンを開けると真ん前に隣接するビルの窓がある。隣戸の住人の生活感があったため、朝が来てもカーテンを閉めたままで室内灯をつけたままで過ごした。
