"Mooi hotel in een prachtige omgeving."

Prachtig hotel. Kreeg twee keer een upgrade. Het personeel is geweldig. Aardig en voorkomend. De shuttleservice is top. In de zomer is het hier ontzettend rustig. Fijn na alle drukte van Tokyo.

Excellent customer service attitude . Front desk team such as Tim. Drivers : polite, patient and knowledgeable

The room layout is not user-friendly. Bathroom + basin Hazards : big mirror next to the basin Very noisy at night coming from the toilet bowl

"Best 8 stars hotel in Hakuba"

I do like your hospitality service. We stayed 2 nights, travelling 3-4 places around Hakuba. Your front desk and what apps service always ask us for every help. We very enjoy to stay at your hotel and will be back on winter. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. All atmosphere was peaceful. Thanks for giving us a pleasure stay.
