"Value for money hotel close to the palace"

Location-very close to the palace. We either walked or took a rick to most places instead of using our car. Cleanliness- Room and rest rooms were very clean. Towels and linen were clean too.

Reception staff could just be more friendly. No complaints and actually they were helpful. However, they could just be more pleasant!

Hotel was clean and at good location.

I have booked a suite as mentioned in booking.com but there was no suite rooms available at the property. It was not value for money at all as I got a normal AC room rather than a suite as per my booking. Also, Television was not working as the set-top box was not recharged and even after making a request they recharged only for basic plan and channels which I prefer to watch were not working.
