Staff response should have better with regard to room service. TV was not switching on, three attempted requests did not yield results. Dinner plates not cleaned for two days from the room. Breakfast service in room was a big disappointment.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nyts. While booking, it showed ac room. But when we reached, they said just one room was ac, and the other 2 was just "with fan." When we wanted ac rooms, they demanded extra amount for rooms. The hotel interior was good because of the lighting, nothing special. The sheets were not clean and had stains. Cash, cash, cash for everything. We have always paid the total only during checkout. Be it domestic or international. These people kept asking us to pay every time they saw us go in and out. The extra bed and pillow were not even given. We had to call 3 times for it late at night. Half of the hotel was actually empty. But they are claiming it's full to create demand and get extra payment. Overall, it was a below average stay and totally not worth the price we paid.

It was a comfortable stay for us. The rooms was spacious as we were allotted a bigger room than what we had booked. The staff were courteous. W.r.t location it was ideal as the property is close to all major attractions. A bit noisy as the property abuts a major road.
