Man at Reception was very rude. Will never recommend this place to anyone

Facilities were not proper. There were mattresses on pathway, felt like dharmshala. Complimentary breakfast was not buffet but very limited items and while opting diffrrent options, contact person said if you will choose different items then it will take too much time.

Place is right located on the highway and easy to communicate several places like Bhimtal, Saattal n Nainital easily with cabs

Staff didn't inform us about the complementary breakfast. We are charged for breakfast for 2 days.
