They gave me a bill which didn't include the tax. It's a loss for me. Only when I give the bill to my company I'll receive the amount.

We stayed here for one night in transit. They were quick in helping us, and arranged an early morning cab for a reasonable price

The fire alarm was beeping all night (needed new batteries?). This kept my partner out of his sleep.

They charge extra for before report time and even I left 14 hours before my check out time, they charged me fully. No flexibility provided on timing

"Paul's 4 day stay in Lovely Nest Hotel"

Room 12 was relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The bathroom was clean. The desk staff were helpful and had good humour.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
