they didn't provide it. nor they have the courtesy to ask

absolutely waste of my money. couldn't even sleep for five minute in the night in the bed because of bed bugs. when you enter the room you feel like you entering in to oven. just can't think of coming again and in future I am in very big doubt that I will prefer booking.com for my travel stays.
