no hot water in the evening and early in the morning and cant eat cup noodles in the kitchen. and i dont remember if there is a rice cooker

Location was good enough. It's relatively quiet so that's nice.

The room isn't spacious at all, there's no washing machine or dryer which is inconvenient.
