Bus stop in front of the hotel. Very convenient.

The room actually quite spacious. Like a complete set up for an apartment. Have microwave and refrigerator as well. Stay here before flight home. Very convenient with bus direct to airport, just in front of the hotel. Check-out also easy, just self check out by a machine.

Very convenience location. You can take bus from airport or JR, from station walking distance to hotel is around 700m (not recommended during winter) , but take taxi from airport to hotel is aorund JPY2500. In front of hotel has bus to New Chitose airport, and arrive at Internation terminal. It is very convenient coz JR only arrive at domestic terminal, and there is long walk to International terminal. Hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful. Surrounding area have a lot of decent restaurants. They will provide the carpark as well. Room is spacious and clean. Thank you for helping me to froze the crab.

The best thing about this room was that the beds were SOFT and comfortable and we slept very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to the airport. There's also a really good okonomiyaki restaurant just a couple minutes walk around the corner where we had dinner. It's a good hotel for a night if you need to be near the airport.

The first room we were given had a bad smell but they gave us another room which was fine. The bathroom was very small. The desk is so small its almost useless. The room overall was smaller than it looked in the photos, but at least it had a sofa to relax and watch TV.

free parking right behind the hotel building, clean compact room with a washing machine, very short walking distance to rows of beautiful blossoming cherry trees alongside chitose river, helpful staff with perfect english. they delivered exactly as advertised, i have no complaints
