"Exceptional"

The room was clean. A bus stop was just in front of the hotel, which connected the hotel with New Chitose Airport and Chitose Train Station. It’s only 10-20 minutes away from CTS by bus, which is convenient. The Chitose train station was actually within walking distance. There were also some convenient stores. The receptionist was also nice.

"One night is fine but don’t expect any pleasantries"

It’s simple. Good for one night. Not amazing but fine. The cafe across the road is lovely.

Perhaps it was the language barrier, but the staff came across as quite unhelpful and a little bit rude. Be it at check in or asking questions about where to it eat (because their restaurant has to be booked 24 hours in advance which is a bit ridiculous for an Airport hotel), or what’s around - I was always given short answers that didn't really make sense.
