8月から駐車場利用が変更になっていたことを知らずに宿泊しましたが、担当の女性スタッフの方がとても親身になって近隣の駐車場を丁寧に案内してくださいました。月末にも連泊の予約を入れており、駐車場が使えないなら他を探さなければ…と思っていたのですが、彼女の迅速で温かい対応のおかげで「またここに泊まりたい」と心から思うことができました。変更せずに次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

駐車場の利用時間が変更になっており、到着時に駐車できませんでした。また、これまで無料だったのが有料に変わっていました。HPには記載がありましたが、「通常は無料」という印象が強く、確認できていなかったため戸惑いました。

長崎と言えば路面電車ですよね ホテルから約1分で路面電車の停留所があり観光施設などにもアクセスが良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でとっても静かでした長崎駅から少し離れたこのホテルですが路面電車を活用すれば問題なしです リピ確定ですね
