部屋が狭かった...

The staff is exceptional, very professional, nice, and helpful even late at night. As always, SuperHotel stands out with the pillow and cosmetics selection. I personally appreciate their hypoallergenic beds the most, since the rest of our hotels had everything stuffed with feathers. Breakfast had reasonable options. Provided shampoo, gel, and conditioner were nice.

Our room was incredibly hot, but had no insect net, so we had to choose between AC right in our face or cooking alive. The same goes for onsen: there is a window to the small garden with trees in breeze, but it is blocked. I could not comprehend, why the visitors can't let any air in. Breakfast was too soon for no reason (I think 7 or 7:30). It was quite obvious, that especially during a Golden week weekend, almost everyone would prefer sleep over eating so soon. Room smelled weird and toilet was that type, that pours water after you sit on it, so it splashes you with bacteria unless you cover yourself. To repeat this several times a night, with the toilet blinking with various colorful diodes and making your night visit a disco experience, is quite exhausting.

朝食はすごく美味しかったし、なにより男性スタッフさんの案内が素晴らしくていい朝でした。 今回は、道後温泉帰りだったのでホテルの温泉には入っていませんが次回利用したいと思います。 部屋は少し狭目でしたがNetflixなども見れるので とても楽しく問題なく過ごせました。 全体的にとても綺麗で設備がいい、そしてリーズナブル 文句なしです😌 部屋の鍵も暗証番号なので失くすとかの心配が無くよかったです。
