The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast at the adjoining cafe was really good too.

The hotel itself was a bit more run down than the pictures showed. It looked like there may have been a water leak too at least on the floor we stayed on. The carpet in the main hall was stained from what looked like water damage and the doors had been wallpapered over. Also the room still smelled like smoke from whoever stayed there before us. I also didn't like how there was only 1 room key between two people and we were asked to leave the key at the desk when we would go out from the hotel.
