The property is close to Nijo station 5 mins walk in a calm quiet residential neighborhood you feel like staying alike a local in Kyoto , Family mart is closer to it..They have a full fledged kitchen with cutleries utensils kitchennete with basic things utensils cofee, sugar , salt and oil is provided, water heater kettle , microwave overn bread toaster, they have a drinks coin vending machine in the dinning common lobby . They provide free luggage storage before check-in as well as after checkout this is great facilty that has saved me approx 2000 YEN for storage. The locality is calm and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The check in was smooth the staff at reception was welcoming and provided all information clearly. wifi was fast. There is also a local supermarket with fruits vegetables fresh and precooked foods and a lot more just the adjacent building as you step out. Over all its a great location and a peaceful stay on a budget. A towel and blanket is provided , refrigerator , induction stove, water heater kettle is provided in the room. The dining and common lobby is spacious free toiletries and room slippers were provided. Air con was nice and the room has a s small table and dressing table. we stayed here for a night, The room has attached bathroom and toilet with toiletries provieded. Nijo castle walkable distance from the property, The propery has lift that is an added advantage and facility. The propery staff responded promptly to my query messages.

everything is perfect and fine... i really enjoyed my stay here.

Nous avons fait 2 longs séjours dans cet hôtel (1 mois en février puis 3 semaines juin) et nous avons tout apprécié. - le personnel est souriant, très serviable et disponible. - la machine à laver et le détergent gratuits sont un gros plus. - les essuies peuvent être changés tous les jours. - la température de la chambre est réglable donc elle est parfaite peu importe la saison. - la cuisine partagée est très bien équipée. - la literie est confortable. - la salle de bain et la chambre sont d’une bonne taille pour deux personnes. - situé près d’un Life et un Coop ainsi que du Nijo-jo Castle. Les deux fois nous avons réservé via booking et nous avons eu de grandes promotions c'était donc un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Même sans les promotions, le rapport qualité/prix est bon pour un hôtel où tout est si simple et bien organisé.
