Richmond Hotel Tenjin Nishi-Dori

The hotel was located in the busy shopping area which is very convenient to roaming around malls and restaurant. There is a microwave, vending machine, ice machine and water refilling machine which is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and serve well. From the hotel to airport by taxi cost about 2000-3000yen.

A room is a bit small which is typical in Japan. Room corridor might be a bit small that i cant fully open my luggage but do understandable.

Amenities, location, cleanliness and service. I left my bags there over a few days to travel to other parts of Japan. When I came back to check in, my bags were already delivered to the room. The rooms that I got were also much larger than my first stay which made it more comfortable and easier for packing.
