Gastello hotel

We booked the biggest room with balcony, the room is in good size, shower is great, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, modern rustic style a bit far from the center so very quiet which I liked.

When we entered the room we realized that the AC is not working, we asked the staff and she was trying to fix it but it didn’t work. The owner said they are solving the problem…there is no elevator so if you come with lots of luggage, be prepared. In the morning, our eggs were waiting for us on the table and they were completely cold, when I told the kitchen lady that I don’t like to eat cold eggs, she became very angry and asked me to warm it in the microwave…she could easily cook the eggs again on a pan but refused to do it. We were only 3 people eating breakfast, why not to ask us what eggs we want to eat when we arrive to the dining area, at the end they had to throw 6 eggs…this incident makes me feels unhappy about the hotel…pity…

Clean hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice rooftop terrace. They even made a tasty breakfast to go for us.

A couple of sun beds on the rooftop terrace would be nice.

Breakfast was incredible. Also Netflix on TV was a nice facility.

Чистый новый небольшой отель, компактный номер, все стандартные удобства. Завтрак не особо разнообразный, но по-домашнему вкусный, неожиданно для отеля такого формата.

Единственный минус был - очень громко работал холодильник (мини-бар), раз в час издавал скрежещущий звук, мешал спать

Замечательный персонал, уютный приятный отель
