There was nothing wrong with this Hotel. Breakfast was very well put together. Many options to choose from. Exceptionally clean, fresh food, nothing out of the ordinary no issues with the hot water. Mini fridge in the room a super PLUS and Safe in the room discreetly stored. 6 minute walk to central market.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and came with a balcony. The hotel facilities and amenities were generally sufficient for our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling, even though some had limited English communication. The location was also quite convenient for exploring Phnom Penh. Some attractions were within walking distance, while tuk-tuk rides to nearby places were easy and affordable.

There were several areas that we felt needed improvement during our stay. The room electrical system was quite confusing for first-time guests. We initially thought there was a power issue because the plugs, lights, and TV were not working. After contacting reception twice and waiting for assistance, we later discovered that the room required a specific control system to activate everything. We feel the hotel should explain this clearly during check-in or escort guests to the room. The TV remote control was also inconvenient to use because it only worked when pointed from directly below the TV, which was difficult due to the large room size. The balcony area also appeared poorly maintained, with visible rust and a very stiff balcony door. There was no ashtray provided even though smoking was allowed on the balcony, and we were surprisingly told to simply throw cigarette butts away, which felt unprofessional for a hotel environment. The most unpleasant experience happened with housekeeping. We informed the housekeeping staff that room cleaning could be done after 12pm because we planned to leave around 11am. However, they entered the room earlier while my wife was still in the bathroom, which created an uncomfortable situation for us. Although the staff seemed kind, there appeared to be a communication issue and poor coordination regarding housekeeping timing.

The shower was good.

Aircon is terrible. Takes hours to cool down the room during summer. On floor 7 at least.

Dobra lokalizacja blisko Central Market. Wygodne łóżka i pomocna obsługa. Czysto w pokojach i dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu.

Udogodnienia i wyposażenie pokoi znacznie odbiega od opisów na Booking. Dostaliśmy dużo gorszy pokój niż w ofercie. Obsługa bez problemu zmieniła na inny jednak dalej odbiega to od opisu z Booking.com. Pokój był mniejszy, w łazience brakowało bidetu i prysznica i wanny (było tylko jedno). Nie wspominając już o kominku który też miał być.. To niestety było najbardziej rozczarowujace.
