I wanted to upgrade on arrival as our room had a faulty security lock and the replacement room was small with no window so i asked to upgrade and was told to pay the full price for another room ? Eventually, I had to show the internet price, and the manager had to be called at 8/9pm :( Day staff fabulous, night staff was with one man that did not really care. Sorry, bad service this time, I was with a business lady and the looks by the staff was not admirable or professional, we were disappointed. Great breakfast.

Hôtel idéalement placé entre le Marché Central et le Marché Orussey (150m). Le look de l'hôtel est avenant. La chambre est vaste et l'ascenseur véloce. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié, avec un personnel charmant. L'hôtel m'a trouvé un Tuck Tuck pour le nouvel aéroport à 8 $ m'évitant un taxi à 20 $... Le ménage est impeccable. C'est vraiment bien et ce n'est pas un commentaire de complaisance.
