Location was good and lovely staff

We did not get the room we paid for (booked a 3 bedroom suite - the room we got was 2 br couldn’t even fit our full family) the first night they added an extra be and then after that we ended up with 2 separate rooms which was not at all what we wanted. We were supposed to have a terrace and did not either. Bathroom and shower was mouldy.

The location of the hotel is excellent. In close walking distance to the main attractions but not in the middle of the busyness. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with a good food and drinks menu. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to assist with anything and everything. A special shout out to Morning Star one of the reception staff who was outstanding in providing excellent customer service and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Tired property and cleanliness is questionable

The staff was not so smart. We faced some problem with check-in. We arrived on 4.01.2025 at 04:30 am but booked the room starting from 03.01.2025 to be sure that we can check-in just after arrival. Regarding this late check-in we warned the hotel. Inspite of all this fact the hotel tried to insist we should check-in only after 14:00 on 04.01.2025. The hotel employee informed us that there is no free room, but after we insisted he gave us a room. The hotel was not smart enough to understand the dates of our reservations, could not find our reservation. And this all happens early in the morning.

The property provide a wonderful breakfast with variety of food items and rooms are clean feels like home. This hotel situated in central area, every point of city area is very easy to excess by local transports.

There was no things I could remember about dissatisfactory about the property. The hotel arranged everything so well so far as their current position and strength.
